Design and scope

The source describes four observational studies using adipose- or umbilical-cord-derived MSC-CM. Most participants received three administrations one month apart.

Safety was the primary focus. Four mild Grade 1–2 events were recorded, with causality left undetermined.

Signals for further study

Participants with CRP above the reference threshold at baseline showed a statistically reported decrease after administration.

The result supports further investigation but does not replace controlled trials, longer follow-up or independent validation.
