STRATEGIC INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY PARTNER
BIO ISC × BIOMIMETICS SYMPATHIES
Connecting Japanese cell-culture technology with research, evaluation, transfer and market-development needs in Vietnam.
This page presents BMS's publicly stated capabilities and BIO ISC's proposed collaboration model. Each program remains subject to technical, legal and commercial agreements.

ABOUT THE PARTNER
A specialized regenerative-medicine technology company in Japan
BIOMIMETICS SYMPATHIES Inc. has developed cell-culture technologies since the early stage of regenerative medicine in Japan. Its work centers on mesenchymal stem cells, animal-origin-free culture systems, Designed MSC technologies and implementation support.
TECHNOLOGY & SERVICE PLATFORM
From culture media to operational capability
BMS connects research materials, culture know-how, technology licensing and operating support. BIO ISC selects and structures the components required for each Vietnam program.

CORE TECHNOLOGY
AOF culture media for MSC
A culture system without human- or animal-derived components, designed for component control, lot consistency and reproducible cell culture.
OPTIMIZATION PLATFORM
Designed MSC
Culture-medium composition and conditions are adjusted to guide MSC characteristics toward a defined research or disease target.
TRANSFER & LICENSING
Culture technology and intellectual property
Development, manufacturing or commercial rights may be licensed together with technical know-how, patents and development candidates.
IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT
CPF implementation, training and consulting
Support for CPF design and operations, staff training, documentation and related product development.
THE AOF SYSTEM
Four BMS system characteristics
The statements below reflect technical information published by BMS. Use in any program requires review of the relevant dossier, data and regulatory scope.
Source control
No human- or animal-derived components are used in the culture system.
Reduced lot variation
Supports consistent cell quality and more stable specifications.
Defined components
Supports traceability, formulation control and technical documentation.
MSC optimization
Enables research into cell characteristics for a defined application target.
PROPOSED COLLABORATION JOURNEY
From a Vietnam need to an operable program
BIO ISC acts as program coordinator. Every stage has a review gate, a defined output and a clear decision to proceed.
Define the need
Clarify the research problem, users, intended use, quality requirements and legal context.
Assess technology
Match AOF, Designed MSC, transfer or CPF options with the receiving organization's conditions.
Design the pilot
Set the protocol, endpoints, controls, data plan and responsibilities across parties.
Transfer capability
Train teams, standardize operations, hand over documents and prepare operating conditions.
Develop the market
Consolidate evidence, choose the commercial model and expand the scientific network.
BIO ISC'S ROLE
Connecting technology, evidence and market
BIO ISC does not replace research institutions, healthcare providers or regulators. We organize collaboration so technology can be assessed correctly, transferred responsibly and developed appropriately in Vietnam.
BMS RESEARCH DIRECTIONS
A platform being studied for difficult medical needs
BMS reports research programs in fungating breast cancer and sepsis, alongside the discovery of new drug seeds based on MSC mechanisms. These are research and development activities, not claims for approved therapeutic products.
Fungating breast cancer
Research into culture-optimized MSCs, tumor-cell effects and wound healing in preclinical models.
Sepsis
Research into immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory MSC characteristics in preclinical models, with future clinical evaluation as a stated direction.
