Publication context

Chronic fatigue can substantially impair daily life, while its causes and effective management remain areas of active investigation.

The authors described patients receiving MSC-CM intravenously or by inhalation in an observational setting.

Reported findings

The source reported no serious adverse events. Around half of the participants described subjective improvement, and CRP tended to decrease among those with elevated baseline levels.

The small, uncontrolled observational design does not establish treatment efficacy and should not replace standard medical care.
